I need to lay all this out to keep it all straight.
Powers
Super-human reflexes, strength, speed, and stamina.
Strength -- Since he's part-bug, his upper limit is around that of Spider-Man's. He can maybe lift a VW bug if he tries really hard, but any heavier than that and he'll hurt himself.
Speed, Reflexes, Stamina -- Captain America. He's basically a Kree Super-soldier, not Super-Man. He can dodge a bullet, but it's gotta be ONE bullet and he has to see the person aiming at him. Even then, if he's having an off day...
Weaknesses -- He's too reliant on this and if he's hurt and slower than usual, he'll still think he can dodge bullets and try to. Also, for all his strength, he can get damaged just like anyone else, and doesn't heal any faster. Plex used to use the ship's technology to do it and now Plex is gone.
Rerouting Neurological Impulses
This means he can rewire his body to not feel pain. Usually he reroutes it to the auditory nerves--when he's being tortured, he hears a symphony.
Weaknesses -- Pain is a necessary stimuli to realize where his body's damaged and how badly. That means if he has his nerves rerouted, he could be walking on broken bones without realizing they're broken, until say, the fracture is compounded and his leg folds under him.
Also, this rerouting is controlled by the nanotechnology in his body, so it can also be reprogrammed. Anyone that can access the nanotech can have it attack his nerves and cause him agony or use it to confuse and control him.
Mind Control Loogies
His spit is seething with the same nanotechnology, so if he spits on someone, he can use it to cause hallucinations that make them more receptive to what he wants.
Weaknesses -- The effect is only temporary, lasting a few minutes long and he can't mind control them into doing exactly what he wants, only make them delirious.
Deadly Thumb Nail
He can grow his thumb nails longer into deadly crystalline spikes, which he usually stabs into someone and leaves to explode. The explosion has about a five foot radius.
Weaknesses -- Someone can just yank the nail out and throw it, and if he's withing five feet of them, he gets blowed up too. He can only grow one once every week or so.
Triple-jointedness
He's a freakin' contortionist. It makes it harder to crush him and twist joints enough to break them.
Weaknesses -- Uh, it might gross some people out?
Wall-crawling
Pretty much just like spidey--he's part cockroach, after all.
Eating Trash
Noh Varr is somewhat sturdier than the average human, but he has no healing factor. However, he can speed up his healing process by rapidly metabolizing food, and he can eat any organic substance, including poisonous or rotten food, cardboard, and paper.
Weaknesses -- Eating garbage makes you look like some kind of monster-freak to the locals.
Weapons
He'll only be left with his damage-resistant suit at the start, and none of his Kree weaponry.
However, after he recovers his ship from the Cube, he'll have his plasma guns, suit enhancements, and pocket battlefield, among other weapons. But none of the self-replicating grenades, or the Omniwave.
